Pro Reef Aquatics' experienced team of service technicians provide a superior level of care in our in-home service visits.  We understand that your homes and offices are personal spaces and we are honored to be welcomed. Our saltwater aquarium service and maintenance programs cover all across Long Island from Nassau to Suffolk county. We service saltwater aquariums of any size on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and are performed on a strict schedule.

Standard aquarium services include cleaning the aquarium inside and out.  This includes wiping down glass or acrylic, cleaning any visible salt creep on the outside or under the aquarium.  Cleaning of the filtration system and replacing filter media as scheduled.  Performing on-site water testing and adjusting any dosing levels that may be required.  We provide a visual inspection of the aquarium, the equipment, and it's inhabitants to ensure everything is in optimal condition.

As part of our service, our customers will be notified digitally of the date and time the service was performed as well as the test results, technician notes and completion pictures.
