The Pro Reef Aquatics Guarantee

With the main focus at Pro Reef Aquatics being the care of the animals in our care and the care of our customers you can be sure that we have your back.  We take great pride in providing the highest quality health corals available.  All corals purchased from Pro Reef Aquatics have a full 24 hour health guarantee. Whether bought in store or online if you have an issue with one of your corals within 24 hours of purchase or receiving, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Solution will result in a replacement coral if available, if not store credit will be issued to the customers account. Shipping costs are not subject to credit.

If there is an issue with a frag, please email us within the allotted time frame with a photo of the coral in question.  Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the date of purchase clearly visible. Please photograph the coral in the bag in case of a DOA or in your tank under normal lighting conditions. The following actions that would result in voiding the 24 hour guarantee.

  • Refusing to receive the shipment box
  • Shipping coral back to us without prior authorization
  • Returning coral back to the store
  • Removing the frag from the plug
  • Cutting or fragging the coral
